Adam Jacobson is the founder and Managing Partner of Jacobson Injury Law, a boutique personal injury law firm based in Boynton Beach, FL. Licensed to practice in four states, Attorney Jacobson represents victims of serious accidents and negligence across Florida, New York, Connecticut, and Illinois. Unlike high-volume television law firms, he personally handles every case from intake to resolution, providing each client with direct access to his cell phone and a commitment that their matter will never be passed off to a clerk or paralegal.
Before founding Jacobson Law Offices, Attorney Jacobson built a broad litigation background across multiple practice areas. He spent several years advocating for plaintiffs at one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States, and previously served as an attorney at a first-party property firm where he recovered millions of dollars in settlements for residential and commercial policyholders.
Attorney Jacobson has also handled multi-million dollar real property tax matters at a commercial real estate firm throughout New York and Florida, and earlier in his career, litigated on behalf of major national financial institutions at a creditor’s rights firm, where he managed a caseload of over 1,000 files and served as lead counsel in more than a dozen non-jury trials. This depth of experience across both plaintiff and defense-side work gives Attorney Jacobson a distinct ability to anticipate insurance carrier tactics and build cases that maximize client recovery.
